At its heart, Helios is a true labor of love. Owners, Ioannis and Maria pour their absolute devotion, meticulous attention to detail, and deep passion into every single element of the venue—ensuring that it feels less like a restaurant and more like an extension of their own home.
Centred around a high-end kitchen & a custom wood-fired hearth, we bring ancient cooking techniques to life using premium Australian ingredients and curated imported Greek treasures.
